Learn to walk alone

Learn to walk alone because, all the hands you are holding now will disappear and you will cry in this inhuman earth and no one will ever give a shit. Learn to walk alone because no one in this selfish world is ever going to bear the burdens for you, no one is going to hold your hands when you need it the most.  It is you and only you who have to make it through. Learn to drive your own cab, because if you don’t, others will drive and you have to go where it leads.

I'd rather walk alone and fall a thousand times, and still give a shot to walk rather than cry at being left alone. I will try to solve my problems myself. I will try to be so strong that nothing can ever disturb the peace of my mind. I will try to be the best me I can possibly be and I will just let the other things go for I believe that I have bigger issues to worry than why my friends didn’t call me for movies.

I will learn to walk alone simply because it will make me stronger. Neither will I feel left out when my friends don’t invite me in their birthdays, nor will I be hurt by phone calls they didn't make. I will learn to walk alone because I want to know the man standing in front of the mirror, better. I want to know his full strength, capacity, sagacity, persistence and discipline. This man looking right at me is the man who I should be proud of. I don’t want this man to cry in front of others begging their help and their pity on him.

No saints and Santa live in this world. This world is not that clean as it appears to. So, pals learn to be your own best friend. Rely on your own shoulders. Trust in your own instincts. For there is no one in this earth that wants you to be better, than you yourself.
